Ithaca Biodiesel is a locally organized cooperative, providing green biofuel to the greater Ithaca community. We collect and filter used restaurant fryer oil, thus recycling a waste product to reuse as fuel for diesel engines and diesels converted to run on straight vegetable oil. We use waste vegetable oil only (no virgin oils), making our fuels the most sustainable fuel possible.
