Drive on Biodiesel
Would you like to lighten your vehicle’s diet? We offer two fuels for converted or non-converted diesel engines:
- Straight Vegetable Oil (SVO)
- Biodiesel
However, during our current transitional period, we are unable to sell any fuel products. Please let us know if would like to be added to our potential customer or potential member lists and we will make sure you know as soon as we’re opening our doors again! We aim to be back in production during the summer of 2012!
Stay Warm on Biodiesel
We are in the process of partnering with a local home heating oil provider to supply the greater Ithaca area with biodiesel to heat residential and commercial buildings. Stay tuned!
Hey, I have been following your progress for years after talking with Meghan at the very beginning. Hope she has moved on to even greater good works, meanwhile …. a co-operative is a rocking idea. How do I sign up?
Hi, Maureen. We’re very excited about this project. We have a lot to do, but there’s a lot of support behind us, so we’re moving forward! Sadly, Meghan passed away in February 2011. We miss her and her enthusiasm very much, but I know that she’d be proud of our progress. If you’re interested in becoming a member, stay tuned for a membership drive!
